Hemingway Room King Bed

We stayed in the Hemingway room and it was amazing. It was so peaceful and the perfect place for an overnight stay. I love love love the wooden beams in the room. The complimentary coffee and tea were a plus! We actually went to the restaurant attached to the inn and the food was incredible. It was a bit of a wait for the food, but I think they only had one person working in the kitchen, so very understandable. We didn’t get to check out any of the book stores, so we’ll definitely be back to check those out and stay at Book Village Inn again!

We loved our stay at the Book Village Inn! The bed and bedding are the best--so comfy. The place is definitely shabby chic, which feels perfect for a weekend in the Catskills. We ate downstairs beside a roaring fire. The food and cocktails were delicious. The staff were all great. The outdoor setup with the Adirondack chairs, fire pits and the smore station were all a really nice touch.

Restaurant bar on first floor was a lovely amenity but best feature by far is access to Catskills Scenic Trail just behind the inn. Great stay.
