Dickinson Room Queen Bed

The Dickinson room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. Exactly as the pictures depicted. Overall, it gave the feeling of renting a room through Airbnb rather than staying at an Inn. You checked in online and didn’t see anyone until the restaurant opened at 4 pm. It would have been nice if there was a station for coffee or tea (the rooms had but it was only flavored coffee pods and creamer) especially since the only place for coffee in town was closed. I did enjoy our stay but my expectations were different.

The rooms are clean and cozy, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. It was perfect for a quiet weekend getaway.

Overall, the accommodation needs freshening up/face-lift and it would help to have a receptionist. Positive: The bedroom and bathroom were clean along with the linen, however in room coffee was limited to flavors only. Negative: No reception upon arrival. The overall property looks rundown, including the entry hallways and stairs. Also, it was not possible to get into the building until I placed a call to the proprietor.

Madeline could not have been more accommodating and communicative. The property was adorable and clean. Lovely stay!

This is a very nice Inn that needs some TLC. Room was clean with nice touches of coffee maker microwave and refrigerator. One downfall is no onsite parking have to park and walk. Owner was engaged
