Historic Walker’s Point Home, Garage & Yard

Arrived in freezing weather to find that entry code didn’t work as explained. No way to contact anyone provided in arrival instructions despite instructions inviting guests to contact them if having issues! Googled “Bentley Hotel”, found a number but had to leave a message. Finally got code to work but it was temperamental and didn’t work consistently. Eventually got a call back from someone non-local who sent a message to someone else non- local who eventually called back and was apologetic and able to control locks remotely. Never did figure out how to make locks work consistently. Really frustrating! Also shower water wasn’t very hot and in-unit dryer took forever to dry. Good location and otherwise clean and comfortable though.
